Talk about comfort food. This layered Eggplant Parmesan is perfect for feeding a lot of your favorite people or making for a Sunday dinner and having leftovers all week! It’s extremely easy to make and a fun project for two people in the kitchen.
Tortilla Española is one of my favorite foods. Period. Not to be confused with a tortilla – it’s an egg dish full of olive oil, potatoes and onions. It’s easy, filling and is a complete crowd pleaser at every meal – breakfast, lunch and dinner.
What’s funny about Manhattan Clam Chowder is that it’s origins are actually from Rhode Island, a very easily arguable point in New England.
We’re always on the lookout for classic pairings and for us it doesn’t get much better than amazing content and great wine.
I was recently back in my home town of Philadelphia. It’s a great city, full of amazing history, architecture, people (we’re not as mean as they say we are) and food. I think that when a lot of people think of lamb, they think of celebrations, the holidays, etc. It is my opinion that lamb shouldn’t be something reserved for a special occasion. It is a marvelous meat with a grassy flavor.
No matter what time of year, camping around the United States is pitch perfect for tents, vintage Airstreams and RV’s, s’mores over toasty bonfires and the occasional camp song (preferably with a banjo in hand).
If there’s one thing that's for certain – it’s that summer is time for burgers. On the grill or in cast iron. On a picnic table or for a living room picnic. There’s really no wrong way to eat a burger in the summer. And it seems like they are everywhere. So sometimes it’s nice to take a break from beef or turkey or even veggie and try something a little different.
Nothing brightens the holidays like a bottle of our Diamond Collection wines. Whether you’re looking for the perfect gift, or hosting a holiday party, these wines are sure to stand out.
