Bottling Tech II

A Bottling Line Technician II performs certain bottling activities related to prepping the bottling line, inspecting and supplying packaging materials, equipment operation, packing bottled product into cases and palletizing finished case goods. Operates and performs changeovers on most equipment associated with the company’s high speed, automated bottling and canning lines. This is an intermediate level position where activities are performed under limited supervision.

Seasonal Supervisor, Food & Beverage

The F&B Supervisor is responsible for supervising all aspects of Hospitality Food and Beverage Service at Francis Ford Coppola Winery in accordance with company policy and as directed by the General Manager. The F&B Supervisor oversees the day to day and long term service operations of the Food and Beverage Department. He/she possesses substantial and extensive F&B knowledge in order to describe menu items, upsell, manage and train staff in conjunction with F&B General Manager.

Bottling Supervisor

Responsible for day-to-day bottling line activities via direct staff in accordance with cellar operational policies to ensure maximum productivity and efficiency and the high quality of all wines produced. Constant daily supervision of all Bottling operations on day shift; Able to perform all bottling related activities. Will supervise, manage and train all Bottling personnel in accordance with established bottling procedures, ensuring  safety, quality and production efficiency goals.

Quality Assurance Technician

The Quality Assurance Technician fills an important role at the winery as they ensure that bottled or canned wine is going to market within the specifications set by the winery and its customers. Their physical and analytical checks are essential to the product quality and product safety once the wine leaves the winery. In addition to in-process evaluations QA Technicians pre-check materials, perform essential microbiological plating, and positively contribute to the bottling line team.

Harvest Lab Technician

Join the harvest team at The Family Coppola!  This role will be responsible for monitoring musts and wines according to established Quality Assurance procedures and parameters. Under general direction, performs a variety of routine analytical tests.
