Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Sales Execution: (75%)
Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree (B. A.) or equivalent from four-year College or technical school; or two to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Category management experience required.
Skills: Strong computer skills; type with speed and accuracy; strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment, strong organizational and analytical skills and excellent negotiation and mediation skills.
Knowledge: Proficient with Nielsen / IRI Data, Wine knowledge; formal training/certification preferred.
This position requires face to face interaction with the targeted accounts.
Physical: The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Other: Ability to travel frequently and must have a valid driver’s license and a driving record acceptable to the company’s insurance carrier.
The role will have to travel up to 50% of the time. Up to 50% of the required travel time will be Air Travel.
