Coppola Rewards – FAQ’s

What is Coppola Rewards?
Coppola Rewards allows you to earn points for completing activities, purchasing our wines, visiting our winery (if applicable), and even for just logging into your account!

How do I join?

Step 1: Sign up at CoppolaRewards.com.

Step 2: Earn points for purchases & more.

Step 3: Get exclusive rewards.

What can I redeem with these points?
There is a variety of rewards available that will continuously change throughout the year. There are six types of rewards available:

  3. Product Discounts
  4. Partner Rewards
  5. Exclusive Merch
  6. Sweepstakes

Does it cost anything to join Coppola Rewards?
Joining Coppola Rewards is completely free! All you need is your name, email, phone number, and date of birth (users must be 21 years of age or older).

How many points do I earn on purchases?
You will receive 10 points for every dollar you spend on any Family Coppola wine (excluding sales tax and applicable shipping). This includes purchases at stores, in restaurants, our wineries, and our online store.

Can I earn points without buying wine?
By completing activities, logging into your account, and visiting our winery (if applicable), you can earn points without purchases. 

Will I receive points for my purchases at the winery?
At this time, you will receive points on purchases of bottles of wine, glasses of wine when visiting our wineries, and merchandise at Francis Ford Coppola Winery, Virginia Dare Winery, and Domaine de Broglie. Food, tasting experiences, tours, pool passes, and cabine reservations are not currently eligible for points.

Which Coppola wines are eligible for the program?
Any wines from Francis Ford Coppola Winery, Virginia Dare Winery, and Domaine de Broglie. Wines from Inglenook are not eligible.

What do I need when I upload a receipt?
Select a clear, focused photo of your purchase receipt. Make sure the purchase date, purchase total, receipt number, and product number are clearly visible.

How many receipts can I upload?
You can upload an unlimited amount of receipts, but they must be from unique purchases.

Where can I find the current sweepstakes?
The current sweepstakes can be found under the “Rewards” tab.

Are my points transferrable to other members?
Points are non-transferrable. Save up the points you’ve earned from all your hard work for some neat prizes!

Do my points expire?
If points have not been earned within 12 months, your points will expire.

Will new rewards and activities become available?
Yes, throughout the year, new rewards and activities will be released.

Are there any state-restrictions on certain activities or involvement with the rewards program?
Currently, Texas residents are not permitted to participate in the rewards program, and California residents are not allowed to participate in the sweepstakes offerings of the program.  We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the rewards program in states where states determine that the rewards program is prohibited by state law.

If I’m already part of the Wine Family or Lost Colony Society, will I be automatically enrolled?
No, you will not be automatically enrolled. Members interested in our rewards program must sign up.

I’m already in the Wine Family or Lost Colony Society; why should I join Coppola Rewards?
By joining Coppola Rewards, you can receive points for all your purchases. Proof of purchase is required.

Can I upload receipts with dates preceding the launch of the rewards program?
No. Receipts from purchases before October 3, 2018 are not eligible for points.

Can I receive points on wine purchases prior to becoming a member?
Yes. If the date on the receipt is from a purchase on or after October 3, 2018, it is eligible for points upon signing up.

Do I have to upload my receipts within a set timeframe?
No, you can upload receipts whenever you want to if they are dated on or after October 3, 2018.

Which browser is the most compatible with the rewards program?
All browsers work with our rewards program; however, Google Chrome is recommended.

Do ad-blockers effect the functionality of the rewards program?
Yes. Make sure to turn off all ad-blockers when using the rewards program.

Is there an app for my smartphone for Coppola Rewards?
Currently, there is not an app for smartphones. However, the Coppola Rewards website is mobile-friendly.

Can I be part of Coppola Rewards if I do not live in the United States?
Currently, Coppola Rewards is only eligible for U.S. residents (excluding Texas).
