Made from diverse selections of Pinot Noir, Diamond Collection Rosé is light in character and elegant on the palate. Pleasant summer fruits are beautifully balanced by crisp, natural acidity achieved by harvesting at a lower Brix. Minimal skin contact at pressing provides the delicate hue. To preserve the wine’s bright flavors and lifted aromatics, the grapes are fermented in stainless steel tanks.
